There are 6 types of dry pressing ferrite powder for customers:BWC-C1, BWC-C2T, BWC-C3T, BWC-C1, BWC-C2. The procedure summaries for making magnet are as follows:
a. The necessary secondary additives have been added into the powder during the grinding process.Customers shall only add proper quantity of binders and lubricants. The powder must pass through 120 mesh sieve before pressing,so as binders to be uniformly distributed for better orientaton. magnetic powder, magnetic powders
b. Please take care of the cleaning of the equipments.Any other materials and impurity should not be mixed into the powder.
c. During pressing,the pressure required is >=5000N/cm2,and the magnetic field density is >7000 Oe(560KA/m).

2.In case that the granular material is purchased from our company,the particle should be dry ground to 3-5Om at first,and then be wet ground in a sand grinding mill or ball mill to less than 1 Om ,and then be wet pressed.If the coarse ground powder is bought,it can be wet ground directly.
1).Before grinding,the grinding mill should be cleaned thoroughly.And any materials from other factories or Impurity should not be mixed into our material. magnetic powder, magnetic powders
2).Along with the powder (granular powder,and coarse ground powder),we provide the secondary additives in separated bags,users should only add it into powder during grinding according to the requirement.
3.All the necessary secondary additives have been added into the fine powders(<1Om).So there is no need to add any other material,But two to three hours wet grinding is necessary for better distribution of particles.
4.During pressing,the moisture of slurry should be controlled between 32% to 37%,the pressure required is >4000N/cm2,and the magnetic field density is >560kA/m.
5.Due to the actual sintering temperature measured by various suppliers' instruments are not the same,we can only provide sintering temperature of 1220OC-1270OC for reference.Please note that the proper sintering temperature should be defined in accordance with the status of the sintered sample pill. magnetic powder, magnetic powders
